There are some cases where the DFA lacks sufficient evidence to detain suspected feminists. In these cases, there is never any "official" action, but some... _concerned citizens_ have been known to take matters into their own hands to put these cunts in their place. Of course, this _is_ technically illegal and the DFA does not official condone such vigilantism... but we are far too busy to devote any significant manpower to investigating such events and will simply ask the perpetrators to "not do it again." This utter lack of competence is why the FRA is going to bring down this whole corrupt government!
