I've been running on and off (I've shaved about 5 minutes off my mile time, down from 15 minutes to about 9:50, currently training for a 10k), I work on strengthening my abs like crazy as well as strengthening my body all over with various weight-lifting circuits (which is why I think my weightloss has gone a bit slowly, I've definitely put on muscle as I've lost fat), I spin, and I do tons of yoga. I work out about 60 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week. On top of that, I use myfitnesspal to count calories (feel free to add me or check out my diary! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/allthesunshine), trying to stick to around 1350 calories a day with plenty of protein, healthy fat, fiber, and low sugar.
